Summary:
As a Parts Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction while maximizing return on investment.
This means optimizing department processes, attracting and retaining personnel, and effectively engaging them.
Job Duties:
In this role you will be required to develop, communicate, enforce, and monitor effective parts department processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
You will also be responsible for maintaining an accurate and effective parts inventory control system that includes a perpetual and/or annual physical inventory and proper counter procedures.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or GED, excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff, high ethical standards and integrity, and the ability to effectively lead and work as a member of a team.
Basic computer knowledge and general software experience will also be required.
Schedule:
This is a full-time position, and you will be expected to work 10-hour or 8-hour shifts, as well as evenings as needed and rotating weekends.
